Homemade Chocolate Truffles

Chocolate truffles are very easy to make and taste far better than the ones you buy in boxes!!
All you need is:

100g dark chocolate bar (at least 70% cocoa)
100ml double cream
2 tablespoon of preferred alcohol: rum, cognac, or baileys. (optional)
1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt
Cocoa powder

Break the chocolate into squares and place it into a food processor to break it into small pieces.
Place the cream and alcohol into a sauce pan and bring to simmering point.
Take the sauce pan off the heat and add the chocolate pieces gradually stirring with a wooden spoon until the texture is smooth.
Add the yogurt and stir again until well incorporated.

Place the mixture in a bowl and let it cool in the fridge overnight.
Don't worry if you think the mixture is too liquidy, It should thicken up overnight!!

Once cold and thick, take small amounts of the mixture and make little balls rolling them into cocoa powder.
Place them in a bowl or onto little paper cases.
Your hands will get quite messy but it is so worth it!!
